ARP Ltd is a privately owned, independent company based in Leicester, who specialises in the manufacture and supply of aluminum guttering systems.
ARP were finding our existing O2 network and account management challenging. Our devices were very slow for data, our invoices were increasing with no knowledge as to why and end users were getting more and more frustrated.
EBS took time to gain an understanding of the business and listed the challenges we faced and how to overcome them.
Suzanne then recommended the EE network and we were supplied some trial devices. The trial was a complete success and ARP decided to port all existing mobiles over to EE through EBS. Suzanne implemented the ports, supplied new devices that worked on 4G data, created a tariff for our needs and explained fully how the online billing worked and what we could expect to be charged for.

Misirli is a respected leader and supplier of inspirational trend-driven garments, often taking staff overseas, this is why it was imperative when looking at our Telecoms that we were not only given great UK rates, but world rates by somebody who took the time to understand our business challenges and put a solution in place to resolve them. Suzanne has assisted in account managing the Misirli account since 2009, both at EBS and her former employer and in September 2014 it was decided that Misirli would port to the EE network for mobiles and to EBS for our landlines. Suzanne and the team at EBS made sure that the transition was as seamless as possible and no issues with the migration were experienced. Misirli now have a transparent understanding of how much we will be charged for calls and data whether in Europe or the Rest of the World.
